Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
